How to Book and Pay

Unless there's a clear mistake, the price you see is usually the price you'll pay.

Your bill may have charges from more than one company, but you won't be charged more than the total price.

How to Change or Cancel a Booking

The travel provider is the only one who can let you cancel or change your reservation.
There may be cancellation fees, which change from service provider to service provider.
You might not get your money back if you cancel or don't show up.
If your reservation affects other people, like when you book for a group, you may have to pay cancellation fees for everyone.
For changes or withdrawals, we may also charge a fee.

Currency and Bank Fees

If you pay with a different currency, you may have to pay extra.
If you do business with other countries or trade money, your bank may charge you fees.
We're not in charge of any bank or card company fees.

Cash Back

Refunds will be sent back to the way of payment that was used the first time.
The return will only be given by the company that charged you, like Expedia or the Travel Provider.
We have no say in how long it takes the Travel Provider to return money.
Cheap flights that only go one way
Some cheaper flights might not be able to be changed or refunded.
Prices and times for flights can change, and airlines may even cancel trips.
Some airlines may charge extra for things like meals, luggage, or choosing your spot.
It's not always possible to change one-way passes that were booked as part of a round-trip ticket.

Your Account

You might need to sign up for an account to use all of the tools.
You are in charge of keeping your account safe.
Do not wait to let us know if you believe your account has been hacked.

Picture and Review

The pictures on our page are only meant to help.
We might share your first name and where you live if you leave a review.
You let us use the information you send us when you send it.
